Knowing that I was going through a bad spell with my arthritis a friend, who had been to a talk given by Sophie, suggested that I contact her. She said that her talk was inspirational. I met with Sophie for the first time mid-February of this year and she has already made such a difference to my life. She is so knowledgeable and her enthusiasm is infectious. Family and friends have noticed a marked improvement in my energy levels and overall demeanour. I now swim for an hour 3 times a week and can walk for much longer without aches and pain and have lost nearly a stone. I am eternally grateful to have had the privilege of meeting Sophie and feel that with her continued guidance I am in safe expert hands. Grateful thanks Sophie for your help and expertise.
